Epic Web Results interview questions

It was very casual but still professional. They asked me about my experience and what my career goals include. Jon, the CEO, asked the majority of the questions and James, sales, was also involved. It was more of a conversation of what they were looking for and what I expected from a company then just a back of forth of question and answer. They were being themselves so it was easy for me to be myself and speak freely.
