      Benefits Assistant Interview

      Dec 11, 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Verona, WI
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2012

      Interview

I applied online then took a personality test, then a phone interview, then skills tests, then on site interview. I'm awaiting an interview follow up. My positions being applied to changed twice through the process. That can be unnerving but it makes you feel like they want you there. The communication throughout the whole process is quick and complete which I truly appreciated.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

For me, the programming skills test was difficult and the question "what are 5 things your friends would say you are not". I don't know why but that threw me.
