Interview
I was instructed to complete a series of online proctored tests which analyzed my ability to code (previous experience was not required but would greatly help) and problem solve given unique scenarios. Additionally I took a personality compatibility test in which I ranked various job aspects in order of most to least important in my personal opinion.

Interview
Basic phone interview and a standardized Epic test before the one on one interview. Never made the 1:1 interview but the phone interview itself was not so much different from other companies'.
