The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in May 2011
Interview
1. Phone interview. Relatively quick. The interview only wanted to talk about the company and the position. Didn't ask me too many questions. Don't stress it.
2. On-site interview. They paid for everything, including food. It took all day. Gave you several tests. Went through group, one on one interviews, etc. Don't stress it. And don't be that guy in the suite. Jeans are perfectly fine.

Interview
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
