Applied on Indeed and then was emailed to mail my resume and answer specific questions and submit by email. Was a great opportunity to stand out instead of just submitting a resume and cover letter. It was like having the chance to talk about how I was right for the job before even speaking with someone. They followed up with a phone interview and I was able to clarify some questions I had about the position. Next I was given flash cards online to study about Epic and brought in a week later to be tested on my knowledge and a face to face interview with two different team members. I was offered a position about 2 weeks later and accepted!
