The interview process is a red flag in itself - everything is automated through a "one way interview". The programming they use automatically emails any one you have down as a reference requesting them to send over their recommendation to their AI system. This does not mean that any of this data is actually read by a human being. Despite all of this I still went through with applying. Upon submitting my interview via SPARK, I decided to go back and reread the job description...which was arbitrarily changed AFTER I applied for the job. Certain certifications were no longer requirements, the position was no longer remote but now hybrid, and some of the responsibilities changed. I found this all to be disheartening as this company was supposed to make a huge turn around after the scandal a few years ago. Beware. So far this experience has been very dry and disingenuous.
