I went through 3 rounds of interviews, all with people that work within PIRG, not necessarily Environment Texas. The first two were alright and pretty standard "here's the job, how do you think you would handle that?", a lot of questions about whether or not you can handle working with people you disagree with. The third interview is a little ridiculous, its rapid fire questions (maybe 35 of them?) that in my opinion require pretty nuanced answers, and then you can expand on your answers after the rapid fire if you can remember everything you wanted to say. Worst interview style ever actually, and lots of focus on making sure that you know you will be underpaid and making sure you would be grateful for it

Question 1
How would you feel about working with a Trump supporter?
I applied online. I interviewed at Environment Texas (Austin, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
Environment Texas offers a standard interview process. Questions were mostly centered around interest in advocacy. Fairly casual in nature, conversational and free flowing. I was hired for an internship position, so questions were based around college interests and experience.

Question 1
What environmental issue are you most passionate about?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Environment Texas (Houston, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was very easy. The guy that interviewed explained in details about what they do and why they do and what is expected of me. He also communicated salary expectations which for the amount of hours that were non-paid was not worth it for me
