1. Phone interview. 2. In-person interview with the same person. He said I was a great fit and thought the Utah owner would love me. 3. In-person interview with the Utah owner and his "consultant/advisor" friend. At the beginning of the interview, someone walked in, so the owner attended to them. The consultant began to criticize me. He was not understanding of time at previous jobs. I used to consult, just like he did. He said, "I cannot continue this interview." All because I had several short-term contracts in my history. He said he wanted me to come in to ask me about that. Instead of asking in an email or over the phone, they had me drive 30 miles to their office. He is unprofessional and lacks respect or concern. This "advisor" was highly aggressive and attacking. I was going out the door when the Utah owner returned, smiled, and thanked me. He missed everything, Months later, they still have the job listing up.
