1. Phone screen - Professional and good communication 2. Video call with a peer of the role who came in late for a 30 minute interview. Said she would like to schedule more time to learn more and appreciated the experience. No response for few weeks. Upon checking learned that the peer who interviewed was looking at junior profiles and not true recruiting leaders. This was in March and the role is still open :) wonder why!
