I applied online. I interviewed at Enverus (Austin, TX)
Interview
Was strung along with bad information. During my phone interview I was told I would be speaking to what would have been my boss's leader who was "traveling". Despite taking longer than I was told, I was informed I should "hang in there". The next communication I received was they hired someone else.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review and for sharing your experience so that we can improve. We want prospective employee experiences to be positive and to provide good communication along the way. In this case we didn't do that and I apologize that you did not have a good experience. I assure you we hear your feedback and will make sure we follow good practices for future opportunities to join the marketing team.

Application
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enverus (Aust, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
2 phone interview, 15 + face to face interviews over a 2 month period.
Complete waste of time. Keep asking candidates to meet more people as they cannot make a decision. They brag on being a fast moving company... well, they are not... incapable of making decisions and moving forward. If you are interested in a fast paced environment, this is not where you should be working.
In this case we certainly were not fast moving. That's too bad and we regret the poor experience here. Cultural fit is so important to us that we may over think it. Apologies to this candidate for a not-so-great experience. However, we are a fast paced environment. So, while the interview process didn't reflect it, the job surely would have.
