Online Test Technical Round HR Round There is very little chance of getting selected if not applied through consultancy. I and my friend got email from Flywings consultancy. My friend went to the consultancy, he was informed that there is drive in Xento for QA and if you want to get selected you need to pay 2 months salary. Selection and permanent position guaranteed. I went along with him, we cleared online test, in 2nd round I answered all questions, it was damn easy and typical questions. Even the interviewer was happy. My friend also had quite ok 2nd round. The final result was I was rejected and my friend was selected. There were 8 candidates who came from Flywings consultancy and 7 of them got selected. (The number can be more, my friend knew few of them as they came from same consultancy) So basically as per the information passed by the consultancy, the amount is divided between the HR from Xento and the consultancy. So those who opt to go via consultancy are preferred and other are rejected on false grounds. I thank go d I did not get selected in such company.
