Very straightforward. Met with head of account management who was very easy to talk to and then had an interview with the CEO. He liked to ask personal questions in what I guess is a method to intimidate you.

Interview

The CTO was very belittling if you didn't quite understand the way he asked questions during the interview process. They run their sites on old outdated .net software on which he asked questions on. I will be surprised if they ever hire someone for the job.
