Interview
Had a total of 4 online interview plus numerous online assessments. I first met with a recruiter and then was tasked with 3 long Excel, Math, and Reading Comprehension assessments. I then interviewed with 3 members of residuals team, then 2 people from HR, then another 3 people from residuals. Very long and complex process for an entry level job with a very low starting salary

Interview process was very easy. They care a lot about how personable and compatible you are with the team. Questions were mostly behavioral and easy to answer. Just come with a good attitude and ready to impress the panel.

Interview process first started with a phone interview with a recruiter. About a week later I interviewed with about 4 people. First was with the HR team and then with the department I was working in.
