I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cork) in Oct 2014
Interview
2 interviews, both personality and situational type questions. Was relatively informal. Use lots of examples from your past work experience as to how you overcame challenges, dealt with people, sales experience, when you went over and above for someone. Enterprise is very client centric so be prepared for appropriate questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bolton, England)
Interview
The interview process typically begins with an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss motivation, availability, customer service experience and alignment with the company’s values. This is followed by a more in-depth interview, which may be competency-based, focusing on skills such as communication, leadership potential, problem-solving and sales mindset. Successful candidates may then progress to an assessment or final interview stage, which can include scenario-based questions and discussions around long-term career aspirations, before a final decision is made.
