Three step process. One with HR, then with branch manager, then the area manager. There is also a branch observation that you must go through as well. They walk you around and see how well you act or fit with the existing team.

Shadow before meeting with managers and in person interview where you will be asked about a range of topics regarding customer service and prior experience to get hired
They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
