phone interview asked series of five to fifteen questions, this was a hiring event and it was just a 1 round interview on the phone. I wasn’t prepared I thought there would be two rounds. Unfortunately I was declined on the spot and given feedback right after the interview.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
