Interview
After submitting application, very responsive recruiter contacts within a weeks time to setup 1:1 Initial "Tell about Yourself" interview. Recruiter very personable, inturn I was able to show personality when speaking on my experience. Set a 2nd panel interview within 48hrs. I thought it would be a code challenge of a sort but thankfully it was mostly questions. That were mildly difficult.

Interview
I was asked to do a one-way video interview, which is already bad enough, but to make it worse, this was before I even spoke to anyone from the actual company.
Technical interview, it lasted for 1 hour with short 5min intro. Started with casual opening conversation explaining what they do in the team and what they expect from the intern
