I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2010
Interview
Previously worked for the company as a CSR and even at that entry level position the interview process consisted of a phone screening a phone interview, a group interview and two one-on-one interviews. My original position - co-workers, managers etc. for the most part were exceptional and that is the reason why I decided to apply to the co. again, but this time as a MT -- once again the position requires extensive interviewing in which includes a lot of behavioral and leadership questions. My best advice is to read all of the users example questions, prepare answers before hand and just breathe because in the end they want a real person.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to continue to work at a problem in order to come to a resolution.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
