Was rather bland, was only a few questions over the phone. Didn't really ask me much about my skills and abilities relative to my major, all they seemed to care about was if I was going to make the company money.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2012
Interview
The HR rep contacted me with a phone interview first. This was comprised of the standard questions, How did you hear about us? What relative experience do you have? Are you currently employed?... If you pass this "screening", they will ask you for a second interview in person. Always wear professional business attire. This was another corporate interview with all the same questions every company asks. What was a circumstance in your previous job that you had to overcome an adversity with a client and how did you resolve it? And so forth. If you are not right out of college or under thirty, don't waste your time here. They are looking for a youthful group of individuals who only need a minimum salary and a second rate bonus structure.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cranford, NJ) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interviewer asked a lot of basic questions about your knowledge of the company, personal back round, and basic customer service questions. A lot of situational questions to see how you would handle certain situations.

Question 1
Unexpected question was who do you admire and why? I found that to be a little out of the ordinary but it made for good conversation.
