I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2011
Interview
I applied for the position online and I was contacted by a recruiter for the company. They were having interviews the next day and I scheduled an interview. I met with the recruiter and the person who would be my manager. It was a typical interview. They both asked me questions and wrote stuff down. After the recruiter explained the job, I found I didn't want it. Because the job ad was misleading. It made me think it was a clerical type job when instead it was a customer service job for car rentals in the airport. I only had the one interview. My perception of the work culture is based solely on their description because the interview wasn't held where the person would be stationed. They described it as fast pace and stressful at times. But the people working together were like a little family since they spend so much time together.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2014
Interview
There were 3 interviews involved in the process. First a simple phone screening to ask the basic questions (availability, salary expectations, basic skills and abilities). Next there is an in person interview with an area hiring manager. Finally, there is an on site interview with the manager. It was fairly intense for an entry level position, but the interviews themselves were not that intensive.
