First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

Manager called me for an interview, showed up, it was about 30 minutes long, showed me around the branch and what i would be doing. Had to wait about a week for my background info to go through, then they called me and said i had the job.

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
