First recruiter sent me an email about a Virtual Panel Interview..it took over 60 minutes. Very nerve wracking and awkward because they take notes and just stare at you/screen in silence and wait for the panel to continue with their questions.
Second recruiter contacted me 2 weeks later the interview was over with an offer

Behavioral Questions--I Googled questions and every question that came up under "behavioral interview questions" was asked ...Describe a time where you had to take a stand and make certain choices..etc
Ignored after the interview and never responded. The recruiter never replied. The role was open for 3 months after my interview. I don't think they actually wanted to hire anyone

The interview process was a three step process. The first interview was with hiring manager, then behavioral interview panel, lastly with the director and VP of the department of the position I was interviewing for

Web based interview for analyst position. Asked several behavior questions. "Tell me about a time when..." Overall, it was very formal and the interviewers did little to put me at ease.
