POSS test and a behavior based interview. I applied in March then was asked to take the POSS test in May. I got a call to come to an interview in June and started working at the end of July.

You are interviewed by different members of the company and asked questions about different times in you life and what experiences you have went through and how you have handled different situations in your life.

Interview
The interview was a panel interview. The gentlemen interviewing were very friendly and courteous. Tensions were kept to a minimum allowing the candidate to express answers comfortably. I enjoyed conversing with them.
