interview included a presentation and follow-up discussions. well organized. Good questions. Lunch with the team. Good experience. team was very knowledgeable of the field and asked very informed questions. they were polite and challenging at the same time.
Matlab modeling exercise. Full day on sight interview with research presentation. Demonstrate basic understanding of ode systems and comfort with systems biology.

Interview
Initial communication started in email, as they replied to my application to the position. Then a brief (30 min) phone interview. Then I was invited to onsite interview. It started off with giving a candidate seminar. Then I met probably 5-7 people (1:1), ended with VP and a HR person. It took a whole afternoon.
It was 2-3 months later that I receive a letter saying that they hired somebody else. Although I felt "hanging" for a few months, at least they led me know.
Overall impression of the people was very nice. Secretary was very helpful. I forgot my USB drive but the secretary mailed it to me right away. People showed interest in my research when I give a talk.
