Interview
I really enjoyed their interview process and would have loved to accept. I commend their interviewing process and think they'd be a great company to work for. All the interviews felt "easy" and relaxed. We even joked about a Candyland tournament after I said I like game nights (they'd asked what I do outside of work). They seem to work hard - hiring manager was willing to do phone interviews with me outside working hours, which I appreciated.
They paid for the interview expenses, even after I declined their offer. I think their questions were the best of any interview I've done - they each came with original, good questions. Not just pulled off online interview questionnaires.
Process: Applied online. Phone interview x2 (HR, Hiring Manager), Onsite interview (1 interview with plant leadership), Plant Tour with more relaxed interview with hiring manager.
Straightforward. Offered job on the spot. Had multiple interviewers that asked thoughtful questions. Not a lot of talk about benefits but the conversation should have been initiated on my end.

Interview
Had initial call with recruiting and that went well he passed along my information to the next person in line. Next interview was basically a test of if I knew what specific terms were and asking for definitions. Did not start with getting to know me at all hey jumped into general questions after question. Did not form any personal connection to anything. The position was for an entry level job and he pretty much told me it wasn't entry level and they would need someone who could be able to hold their own day 1 of starting.
