Today I had a disappointing interview experience with an HR from Integral. The HR was late to the call and she did not apologize for being late. More importantly, she did not seem to have any knowledge of my qualifications or the job requirements. She told me that I was not eligible for the job because of lack of enough experience, even though I had applied with my resume beforehand with all the necessary details. I felt like she did not respect my time or effort. She clearly did not take a look my resume. The interview was over quickly and left me feeling demoralized. It was a total waste of time. Stay away from this company.

Typical interview process. First there was a screening call with the recruiter, then interview with hiring manager, and last interview with the product director, The interview process was quick and offer was out within a week of first contact.
