EnsembleIQ interview questions

I had an interview with the recruiter that was very nice and went well and I moved on to the interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager went well and was told that I was being recommended to move onto the next stage and would get an email setting this up in the next few days. A week and a half went by with no email after multiple follow ups other than "We are still evaluating other candidates". After the 4th follow up 2 weeks later I was told I was not moving on after they explicitly told me I was moving forward in the process. It was very unprofessional that the hiring manager was lying saying I was moving on only for me to get ghosted for over a week about setting up to ultimately get told they were not moving on with my application
