Interview
Basic interview. I was asked specific questions about my resume along with general questions about my previous experience and what I wanted to get out of an internship. I met with an employee at their downtown office and the interview lasted about 15 minutes. It was a very easy process and the people at Enola Labs are great.

Interview
First received an email shortly after I applied. Set up quick 15 minute phone call for a brief interview about background and resume, then followed up with in-person interview. Very easy interview with normal behavioral type questions. When you're in the interview, make sure to understand what the day-to-day role of the intern is just to have an idea of what you'll be doing.

Interview
I submitted an application through the job section on the website. I was not able to submit a full portfolio with my resume so I sent a follow up email with the portfolio. The next step was a phone interview which goes over very basic knowledge and personality. I was contacted within two days to come in for a technical interview. This interview involved some coding as well as talking through some technical situations. They wanted to see as much of my front end, back end, and/or design experience as I could show. I was then given a third interview with management that was a more high level talk about the company, benefits, and culture.
