1st round : First they took an aptitude test which is easy & tests the IQ of the candidate. That aptitude did not contain any technical questions. 2nd round : After clearing that round, we had to appear for the coding round where we were asked to create a form with required database connections. 3rd round : On clearing the coding round, there was a final Interview where the interviewer discussed about the bond(a bond of a long term!), stipend(which is too less), the technical skills they want in a candidate, their working hours & working days. They also had a training period where they would judge the candidate by his/her progress in the given task. Then they would decide whether to hire the candidate or no. Number of days : That process took only a single day. Place : That process took place in their office at Borivali.
