I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eniware (Bethesda, MD) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had interviews with about 4 others and while most seemed to be very interested in me, the last interviewer was very frank about the company's financial status. This included questions if I would need to take benefits and the lowest possible salary I would consider taking. While the company objective is a noble cause, I felt very uncomfortable with taking any offer that they would give which was not a good one to put it nicely.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eniware (Bethesda, MD)
Interview
This interview was quite some time ago, had an interview one by one with each employee. As they were a startup they did ask for many things at the interview such as compromises on salary and benefits. While they did want someone who believed in their mission, I felt like they wanted this to make up for what was frankly huge compromises on compensation.

Many typical interview questions such as where do you see yourself in 5 years.
Pretty straightforward process. I emailed my resume and cover letter and was contacted for a phone interview and subsequently an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of one-on-one interviews with various employees. Was asked to walk through my resume. General knowledge of global health current events was also tested.
