It was easy and not that much difficult to be honest, there were basic questions of electrical engineering and max they asked was from power, instrumentation, and other core subjects

Interview
For university students, Engro's HR people visit once a year and based on CGPA and university recommendation, conduct IQ test along with a brief 1 :1 non-technical interview. Once IQ test is clear, final panel interview is conducted in three big cities, Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Recommended candidates are sent joining letters within 1 ~ 3 months based on their university session completion.
