7 questions and then a 5 min presentation about something I am passionate about. They just wanted to see how my passion and enthusiasm came through. Lasted an hour and was very friendly. Usual customer service questions.

the first part of the interview took place with another candidate, we did a team building exercise, then the rest took place separately, where we were asked more in-depth, personal questions.

Had to complete a 10 minute group activity to begin with with 4 other interviwees, then was taken off individually where I had to give a 2-minute oral presentation about something I was interested in to a panel of two people, then the interview started
