The interview was straightforward and my interviewer was friendly. It was over Zoom due to COVID-19 but this didn't really affect the experience. The toughest part of the interview was when she would ask roughly the same question over and over again but in slightly different ways. This definitely left me scrambling for experiences to draw upon when I'd already spoken about most of what I felt was relevant and would benefit me in the role. A friend of mine who interviewed with the same person and received an offer found the same thing happened in her interview. It was more question and answer rather than conversational, and she didn't provide much feedback on individual answers.
