They do a quick fire round to ask you to say the first thing that comes into your head when they ask you questions - such as "How do you know when you are stressed?"
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
