I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at England Logistics (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2014
Interview
Had a phone screen, and then had an interview with a couple managers. The first time I applied I didn't go to the interview. I saw the glass-door reviews and just decided that England wasnt the place for me. My old job was so much worse though. England is alright. For the most part what is on GlassDoor is very accurate. Except the 5 star reviews. They are obliviously from management trying to get people to work at England.

Interview
Very informal and unorganized. I left with a very negative gut feeling. A lot of questions were left unanswered and I was left with the feeling of a multilevel business.
