I went through the entire interview process (1 lengthy phone screen, 1 virtual interview, 1 in-person interview).
Prior to the final interview, they had me take a personality test. Then during the final interview, they asked me to tell them if "anything stood out" about it instead of asking me direct questions about the results or providing any guidance on what they might possibly want to discuss about it. It was very uncomfortable.
Following the interview they said they would get back to me within the week and proceeded to ghost me for multiple weeks despite my follow-up emails. Eventually heard back that I didn't receive an offer. I felt very disrespected by EGBC.
