Submitted resumé and received a quick response to schedule a generic phone interview. Process lasted about 15 minutes and was pretty positive. I felt like I really clicked. An on-site was scheduled the day and the interview process was handled by 3 people.
Questions asked were about how my personal experiences aligned with their core tenets. Provided detailed examples of my work history, but the questions were generic in nature, so it was difficult to gauge what direction to take my answers. I even had to ask them to clarify their question at one point as it was akin to "tell us how you work with others?" Where does one go with a question like that?
Received a rejection less than 24 hours later and was eager for feedback. But all that was provided was that the interviewers wanted me to provide more details about experiences they didn't ask for.
