Energy Sciences (MI) interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn, got a response for a phone interview within a day or two, pretty fast. Phone interview was extremely cliché, interviewer was simply reading questions off of a checklist, it did not seem as if they wanted to know you personally. Interviewer also did not really understand the qualifications of the job she was interviewing for. Salary range listed for the position had a $50k range, which tells me they don't know if they want a high schooler or a seasoned veteran. Did not pursue the opportunity so cannot comment on the process any further.
