I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enerflex (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Straightforward application. Was contacted for interview by phone. Panel interview with 3 managers. No behavioural questions, was mostly about the position and seeing how my skills aligned. Interviewers kept talking about the need to be quick and accurate in performance.
