15-min Initial Recruiter Phone Screen
Online Assessment after call, usually requiring official transcripts
30-60 Technical/Behavioral Interview, usually with Engineers. Half behavioral half technical whiteboard style questions.
Process from start to finish took ~2 months
Screening Interview then technical interview. The interview was conducted by video call. They asked technical questions, about engineering. It involved technical questions about electrical engineering. Basic circuits, power theory and drawing skills.
