Very professional. Smart people. No BS. I enjoyed the interview process. The company has locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. That is exciting. They are easy to have a conversation with and I didn't sense anything but professional demeanor. They answered all my questions and took a lot of time to tell me about how the company operates.

I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
