Interview
Before anything you take a personality index test. I had never heard of it but you answer questions that gauge certain things about your personality. The in-person interview was disarming from the beginning. It was evident that this was more of an expedition into personal discovery than job specific knowledge. Questions were more informal than hardline boiler plate interview questions. They are also asked by regular people with great personality and charm. Felt like more of shooting the breeze than interviewing for a job.

Interview
Within 24 hours of submitting my resume a talent acquisition specialist reached out to complete a one way interview. After that is completed, you will be prompted to complete a predictive index test as well as a knowledge based test. After those were complete I was offered an in person interview with the department head and location VP. A day later the office got back to me with an offer!
