It makes you wonder: if they display this level of legal gymnastics over a standard CV deletion request, what else can be expected from their broader internal policies, data management, and operational ethics? They did confirm the erasure within the legal timeframe, but the experience exposed an outdated and reluctant attitude toward compliance.

I had an interview with the team leader and HR, very technical questions and a "personality test" I think more than that it was math and grammar test. They were very nice and respectful.
