The second-round is just a normal business case, like some consulting firm. Just did some basic calculation and brainstorms related to product and marketing. The speed of interviewer is a little fast but overall a smooth interview process.

Interview
Pretty normal interview process with a screening call, One 1:1 interview and then a "super day" with 4 back to back interviews. Mix of Behavioral and some case study and technical questions
I had two interviews with Encore. The second interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interviewer was rude and ignored my questions. He spoke super fast and refused to repeat the question.
