Interview
The interview was short and straight-forward. The interviewers are one member of HR and the head of Networks. It was almost like a group interview but the person I was interviewing with was interviewing for a different position.I explained my background and experience and willingness to learn. It's nice that you get to interview with the person you'll be working for instead of just HR. For this training position its important to seem eager and ready to take on the world.

Interview
I had a group interview with six of us total. We met with a member from HR and three supervisors. They each asked us about our current or last roles and our daily duties. The interview was very basic and straightforward, i.e. describe your strengths and weaknesses. Most of the questions towards the end focused on group activity.

Interview
I interviewed with another person but we were interviewing for two different positions. The Director of Network Operations and an HR representative interviewed me. They were curious about my learning style in particular.
