Three interviews, all with different people, for the same position. Everyone was friendly and the questions and process were both exactly what you'd expect. Overall it was a positive experience.

Interview
During the interview process, one had to pass a panel interview. Then, one had to create a lesson to be filmed and critiqued by a panel. Once the recording was viewed, successful teachers were then offered positions.
