People are nice but they definitely need to have a dedicated hr team for the hiring process. After very promising initial interviews, it went downhill. They called me in more than 3x to meet with CEO who failed to show up, so I was left talking to the same people over and over again. I was also made to believe that I was fit for the job and had actually discussed specific roles, training and timelines. They set what it's supposed to be a last meeting before I get on board but when I followed up meeting time, I never heard back. I emailed a few times to follow up but they never responded. I was hoping since I was talking already to upper management (VP and Director) they'd at least give respect to the time invested into the application process and give me an explanation about status, but sadly they just don't care.
