I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emprise Technologies (Toledo, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
One get-to-know you phone interview that was very informal followed by a SQL knowledge check test online. Then the face-to-face formal interview that was pretty relaxed. Nothing too crazy thrown at you. They want to get to know your programming background and what you want to do/are good at. There were supposed to be 3 people at my interview (HR rep, and two higher up developers), but one of the developers was working with a client so it was just two people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emprise Technologies (Toledo, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a formal interview process. I had two onsite, in-person interviews with key management staff and the owners of the company (in the second meeting). So, it was more of a panel type meeting. There was no formal testing, but just a meeting to talk through experiences and history as well as personal interests and goals. They definitely were trying to get a feeling of my personality and motivations, not necessarily my actual skill set.
