EmpowerMX interview questions

Empowermx was a startup company when I interview with them. They had posted a job at the university that I was graduating from so I sent in my resume. They contacted me about a week later and told me that they would like to interview me. When I first got there I was interviewed by HR briefly then it was followed up by a panel interview of 3 other developers. Lastly I was interviewed by the IT director. This was a more personal interview rather that the typical behavioral interview process.
