Met with the vice president and the CEO. Got the offer the next day on the phone. The pay was more than I was making elsewhere and I said yes on the phone that day. Easy, breezy.

Interview
A few weeks after I applied I received an email from someone at the company offering an interview. I accepted the date yet never received a confirmation. I went to the interview (on a Saturday at a Starbucks). When he (the owner) arrived he just sat down and stared at me. He didn't ask any questions. So I proceeded to talk about myself and tell him about my experience. He didn't look interested in what I had to say even before I started talking. Very unprofessional. I'm used to employers trying to sell the position. I was experienced, dressed well and well prepared. No excuse to be treated with indifference.
